General Assembly Update! On Thursday, 2/8 the General Laws Committee voted on HB 1028. The committee voted 8-0 to invoke Rule 22 which essential kills the bill for this year. A big thanks to Boyd Allison, Fred Levine, Katie Payne and all the VMLA members who helped lobby against the bill.
